    • Submit abstract to Ellen
    • Submit poster to melissa for printing

    • Detail Stem mysql config

  • Tag release for start of P2 Created HEAD revision 75
  • Tag release staged on STEM
  • Updated database on Stem to reflect database structure changes
  • Finished Poster and Abstract for URC and Submitted

  • Submit abstract for URC by Mon
  • Continue Poster work - screen shots etc
  • Book any required progress meetings
  • Check out codebase and review progress
  • Resolve any issues with SVN

  • Abstract not due till Apr 16th so defer till next week
  • Abstract and Poster first hit posted on wiki under documents
  • Codebase checkout and reviewed
  • Prototype staging meeting held with Chris. Hosting of Mysql configuration determined with user rights and RDP confoguration setup.
  • Updated all weekly log tasks lists for the groups

Week Ending March 28th

Jackies Log Stardate 3/23/12 Reviewed the previous semesters progress and database design documentation. Awaiting confirmation of email addresses and google ids to set up ASANA project team and tasks, and to add the team members to the googlecode repository. Implementation of tools details to be confirmed. Tools Required Google ID - for the googlecode repository and commit privilages ASANA ID - for task management XAMPP - for apache, mysql and php Eclipse PHP - for development management SVN Tortoise - for software configuration management

Jackies Log Stardate 3/25/12 Reviewed previous data structure and set up a mock up database in Access. Primarily to relate the structures in my known environment and to pinpoint any inconsistancies. I am unclear as to the difference between user, team member and author. Is the only difference access privilages?
